    The book has 10 chapters. The 2nd chapter will be online around July 22, 2011. After that, additional chapters are scheduled to appear every 2 weeks.

    Nice opening. I'm new to e-textbooks, so struggled a bit to get the diagram large enough, then transition back to the actual page. My guess is students will not have this same struggle.
